Fall Quarter (Fall 2021) Information Session
An info session on VentureCat, Northwestern’s annual student startup competition, will be held at The Garage on Thursday, October 21, 2021 at 6:15pm. Register for the session here to get an early start on understanding application requirements, resources available to help you prepare and timelines. We have a few new updates for 2022. Applications will open in March.

Business Entity Formation & University IP Policy Overview Session
This session featured Esther Barron, Director of the Donald Pritzker Entrepreneurship Law Center (DPELC), and Darren Green, Professor of Entrepreneurship, Venture Capital and Practice and faculty in the DPELC. They covered commonly asked questions about entity formation and co-founder agreements. Sarah Kamper, Invention Manager at INVO, Northwestern’s Innovation and New Ventures Office, presented an overview of the University IP policy and steps to ensure you are working in compliance with all guidelines.
